Originally created with the concept of “Italian fusion”– serving traditional Italian dishes and exploring New American cuisine – the team realized quickly that the upscale New American cuisine items, namely our Prime steaks and fresh seafood were dominating the menu. Changing to meet our customers’ needs, GARLÍC Restaurant & Bar transformed into GARLÍC Steakhouse.
With two accomplished chefs – Carlos Cepeda Colon and Daniel Rivera – and a re-engineered phenomenal menu boasting fresh, hand-cut Prime steaks, fresh seafood, gluten free menu options, farm-to-table dishes, as well as, GARLÍC signatures, GARLÍC quickly became a dining destination spot in the Pocono Mountains.
In addition to our second-to-none fine dining menu offerings, we recently introduced a quick and affordable, but high-quality, brunch menu and elegant sushi with a GARLÍC twist. But it doesn’t stop there. Our professional mixologists are proud of their extensive wine list, fresh house-made sangrias, hand-crafted martinis and seasonal-infused spirits.

Michael Tepedino and Diane Tepedino enthusiastically lead TEPSBEST, Inc. housing TEPSBEST Restaurant Group and TEPSBEST Media based out of the Poconos in Pennsylvania. The TEPSBEST Restaurant Group currently includes Trackside Station Grill & Bar, GARLÍC Prime Steak & Seafood and Bite Grill & Bar and is on the brink of expansion.
For more than 8 years, Michael and Diane have been at the helm of the ever-growing Trackside Station Grill & Bar in East Stroudsburg. With Trackside’s continued success, just three years later in 2013, Michael and Diane were inspired and opened GARLÍC in Stroudsburg.
Michael and Diane were brought together at the original Liquid Martini Bar. Michael held a second job as a bouncer and Diane was a bartender. In addition to bouncing nights, Michael always worked a corporate sales job, while Diane attended college. It was at Liquid where it all began. When Liquid moved across town to the same building that Trackside Station Grill & Bar was located in and went up for sale in 2010, Michael and Diane knew that this was the once in a lifetime opportunity that they needed.
When looking back at all of the success these two have had in such a short period of time, they are just grateful for what they have achieved and say they could not have done it without their young, brilliant and innovative team that are always creating with one parallel vision!
